My video will not import
Make sure the clip is a video the system picker can share (iCloud-only videos need to download first). If you film with the camera, clips stop at 60 seconds. Try the import again from the home screen, or use the “Import clip to Scorely” shortcut.
The score plan says “Local score suggestion”
That means the cloud mood analysis was not used: either sharing is off, you chose Not now, or the service could not be reached. Turn on Settings → AI data sharing → Share frames for mood analysis and analyse again, or keep the local plan.
What exactly is shared when cloud analysis is on?
Only the mood words worked out on your phone, the project title and the clip length. Your video, stills and voice notes are not uploaded. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Record mood note does nothing
Scorely needs microphone access for voice notes. Open iOS Settings → Scorely → Microphone and switch it on, or simply type your note in the coach field instead.
Save to Photos failed
Scorely needs permission to add to Photos. Use the “enable Photos access in Settings” link on the export screen, then tap Save to Photos again.
How do I clear my projects?
Deleting the Scorely app removes all projects, stills, notes and mixes stored inside it. Mixes already saved to Photos stay in Photos.
